This privacy policy describes how MFree Yoga collects and uses information through its pre-launch website at mfreeyoga.com. This is a pre-launch website. The site does not currently sell products, process payments, or collect shipping addresses.
Information we collect
Waitlist information
When you join the MFree Yoga waitlist, we collect your email address. Providing a first name is optional. We collect only what you enter into the form.
We do not collect your last name, phone number, address, date of birth, or payment information through this website.
Technical information
Our server logs record technical details about each request, including the HTTP method, the URL path requested, and the server response code. Server logs do not include email addresses, form contents, or your search history. Logs are used to monitor server health and diagnose errors.
How we use your information
We use your email address and optional first name to maintain the MFree Yoga waitlist and communicate updates about the brand and upcoming collection. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your information may be used to:
- Send occasional updates about MFree Yoga
- Share first looks at new artwork, designs, and collection news
- Notify you when the site launches
Service providers
We use third-party services that may process data on our behalf.
Replit
This website is hosted on Replit's infrastructure. Waitlist submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database managed by Replit. Replit's privacy practices govern how they handle data at the infrastructure level.
Google Fonts
This website loads the Manrope typeface from Google's font delivery network (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests the font, Google may log the request, which can include your IP address. Google's privacy policy governs that interaction. We intend to move font hosting in-house in a future update.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set tracking cookies. No third-party analytics are currently active on this site. We do not use cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or behavioral advertising.
Google Fonts requests may set cookies governed by Google's privacy policy.
Data retention
We retain waitlist submissions until you unsubscribe or request deletion. When you unsubscribe, your email address is marked inactive. If you request deletion, your record is removed from our database.
Server logs are retained for a limited period as determined by our hosting provider's infrastructure configuration.
Data security
Waitlist data is stored in a database hosted by Replit. We apply reasonable technical measures to help protect submitted information. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from MFree Yoga emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
You may contact us at any time to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Request a correction to your information
- Request deletion of your waitlist record
- Ask a question about how your information is handled

Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have received such information, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and our data practices evolve. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
